Admin sectionEnter your login and password.
The section has 3 subsections: - Users list - Editing agents and properties. - Add new user - Add a new agent. - Options - Website options. Add new userFor adding an agent it is enough to specify login and password. Other profile fields can be entered using agent interface at a later time. Press button Add to save information.
Top Users listViewing all agents. Click on agent name to see full info.
Agent's profile pageThere it is possible to see personal data of an agent.Click on Log in as this user to login to client interface. Agent's profile contains information on agent's properties. Click on Edit Properties link. 
Click Change status To change user level of access. Click Delete User to remove a user from the db.  
The list of properties.Type in a new property name and click on Add Chalet.
Change fields you want to edit and click on Update button to save information. For each property it is possible to create any number of apartments. Click Add Apartment. 
If it is necessary to show some photos, use alternative text. Enter the explanatory text and any number of images. 
Edit apartment facilities, clicks Facilities for entering additional data. 
Click on Delete Apartment to remove apartment. Click on Delete Chalet to remove property from db. Top OptionsWebsite options.
- Locations - Edit list of locations List of locations contains three independent list - Countries, Countries, Resorts. Then each line from locations lists - gathers from these three lists. - Pools, Properties - Editing properties. - Titles - Editing list of titles (Miss, Mrs...). - Currencies - Editing exchange rates. - Colors - List of colors available for statuses and calendar legend. - Status - Select statuses available for the calendar. - Language - Choice of a main language. - Skin - To choose a kind of a website. - Calendar - To set number of months to display in calendar. Lists Countries, Areas, Resorts, Pools, Properties, Titles Editing lists Type a new line then click on Add to add a new item into the list. Click Delete to remove and item.  
Subitem Locations. Choose Countries, Areas, Resorts and click Add to add new location. Click Delete to remove and item. 
Subitem Currencies. Change currency settings and click Add to add new currency. One of the currencies must have value 1.0. All other currencies will have values related to that one. Click Change to save info. Click Delete to remove and item. 
Subitem Colors. Enter a hexademical color code and click Add. Click Delete to remove and item. 
Subitem Status. Lists available statuses and their colors. Use the checkboxes to on/off status on the calendar. Choose colors for each status. These colors will be used at display of a calendar. 
Sections - Language, Skin and Calendar is edit equally. Choose the necessary parameter from the list and press Change. 
Top Click on Logout to exit system.
